Video Surveillance Notice

Video surveillance is carried out on the premises of TALUM IZPARILNIKI d.o.o., Tovarniška cesta 10, 2325 Kidričevo, in accordance with the applicable legislation, for the purpose of protecting people and property, confidential information and trade secrets, and ensuring control over entry to and exit from the premises.

Legal Basis:

Legal obligation and the legitimate interests of the controller.

Categories of Recipients:

Authorized personnel of the contractual processor performing the video surveillance; authorized personnel of the controller.

Further Processing:

Export and review of recordings in cases of incidents causing damage or suspected criminal offences, for the purpose of clarifying the circumstances of the event, and disclosure of such recordings to the competent authorities where there is a justified and lawful legal basis. The collected data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling of individuals. Data is not transferred to third countries.

Data Subject Rights:

The right to request access to personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. These rights may be exercised by submitting a written request to the controller’s address or by e-mail to gdpr@talum.si. Requests are handled in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Legal Protection:

Complaints regarding the controller’s handling of personal data may be lodged with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Retention Period of Recordings:

1 year.
