Roll-bond cooling/heating plates

Roll-bond technology enables compact cooling plates with high thermal performance and excellent temperature uniformity. Optimized internal channels support efficient heat transfer and stable thermal control under dynamic operating conditions.

Customizable channel designs allow engineers to match the cooling plate geometry to specific battery pack layouts, while the Roll-bond process supports reliable and cost-efficient serial production.

Cooling medium

In the Roll-bond process, separating pastes are used to prevent unwanted bonding of the aluminium sheets outside the defined channel areas. Different paste types are selected depending on the product and operating medium.

Engineering and
Development Process

Talum provides full support from initial concept definition through to serial production, ensuring a seamless transition from early design to industrial manufacturing.
